Our Mission

We are a group of concerned individuals based in Beverly Hills, spearheaded by Dr. Jane Tavyev Asher, one of the nation's foremost child neurologists. United by the belief that excessive screen time is harmful to children's brain development, social-emotional growth, and overall well-being, we are committed to minimizing screen exposure both inside and outside of the classroom. Our group draws on a diverse range of expertise, including child psychologists, software engineers, attorneys, parents, and many other concerned community members, all working together to advocate for healthier childhood development in the digital age.

Recognizing the significant impact of technology on young minds, we prioritize real-world interactions, physical play, and face-to-face communication as essential to healthy development. We advocate for responsible screen use, based on the latest scientific research, and hold both parents and schools accountable for minimizing unnecessary screen time.

Our collective efforts include calling for stronger safeguards to protect children from the risks associated with smartphones, social media, video games, and other screen-based activities. Together, we empower parents, educators, and the community to take action, preserving the integrity of childhood and ensuring a healthier, more balanced future for our children.
